Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped within 48 business hours of order submission via Canada Post. Shipments bound for the United States of America are couriered by United States Postal Services (USPS) after entring the U.S.A. Delivery dates depend on the grade of shipping selected by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
All Madina Booksore products are new (unless otherwise stated in description) and we guarantee that you will receive your purchased product(s) in good condition, insha'Allah. We take care to carefully pack your order to ensure a safe and timely delivery.
Madina Bookstore offers a 10 day money-back guarantee on all orders, subject to terms and conditions detailed below:
All software, audio, video, and electronic products are nonrefundable once opened (i.e. removed from shrink wrap or seal broken). In the rare case that you receive a defective product, you may exchange the item for the exact same product. Madina Bookstore is not responsible for the non-compatibility of software with the customer's computer system.
Defective Items
Any item found to be defective upon delivery or initial use will be exchanged for the same product at no cost to the customer. If the product is no longer in stock, Madina Bookstore will issue a full refund for the product. Madina Bookstore will arrange to pay shipping costs (within Canada only) associated with returning the defective item. We reserve the right to inspect and verify that the item(s) are defective prior to issuing a refund
Return/Exchange
If you are unsatisfied with a product and would like to return it, we must receive it in the same condition it was sent in to issue a full refund for the product. For exchanges, please call Customer Service at (780) 475-8888 prior to returning your item. Shipping cost on a return/exchange is the customer's responsibility.
Credit card refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of returned merchandise; more time may be required to issue and mail a company check for cash/check orders. For faster processing, be sure to include a copy of your packing slip.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments made to Madina Bookstore are issued in Canadian Dollars (CDN). Customers who purchase products by means of other currencies will be charged according to the relevent exchange rate of the day, as calculated by the customer's financial institution(s).
